You are fortunate if your passion seemingly integrates with your career. I was always passionate about developing people and businesses. I spent most of my career working with small businesses, taking on the challenge of designing and supporting systems and solutions that promote and create growth for the organization. My mission with every stakeholder was how can I make processes more efficient utilizing technology and people.
This required me to quickly develop skills such as leadership, communication, project management, business development, marketing and coaching/training. I also had to choose to be a "Generalist" in my pursuit for technical knowledge. I studied Networking(Broadband, Baseband, ...etc), Web Development, Graphic Design, Video Production, Computer Science, Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering. I am able to create and design various technical solutions and communicate effectively with the specialists who are implementing them.
